Moorpark Real Estate:62 active homes on the market, 8 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 4 home went under contract, and 9 homes closed last week.

Conejo Valley Real Estate:311 active homes on the market, 39 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 31 home went under contract, and 48 homes closed last week.
