Real Estate Advise for todays market…As of 8/17/2022.

Simi Valley Real Estate:210 active homes on the market, 31 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 17 homes went under contract, and 18 homes closed last week.

Moorpark Real Estate:61 active homes on the market, 8 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 6 home went under contract, and 4 homes closed last week.

Conejo Valley Real Estate:336 active homes on the market, 65 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 30 home went under contract, and 45 homes closed last week.

All of Ventura County currently has 1134 active homes for sale which is a 40% increase since June but the good news is the inventory levels are starting to show some balance over the last couple of weeks at least in our area of eastern Ventura County.
