Simi Valley Real Estate:135 active homes on the market, 32 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 21 homes went under contract, and 34 homes closed last week.

Moorpark Real Estate:48 active homes on the market, 14 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 6 home went under contract, and 6 homes closed last week.

Conejo Valley Real Estate:221 active homes on the market, 48 of those active homes are new to the market last week, 45 home went under contract, and 50 homes closed last week.

All of Ventura County currently has 808 active home which is an 88% increase since March of this year. Are we headed for a market crash..??
