“I cannot say enough about the expert service we received. Lawerence Watson’s expertise in the market was evident from our first meeting. Larry (we call him Larry) is now a family friend. He helped my eldest son and daughter-in-law purchase in Simi Valley, on two occasions, as well as our home. He is aware of market trends and home values.
